A front-line member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Olubukola Oyewo(Bukoy) has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Alhaji Debo Badru, the Political Adviser to former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun State.
In a condolence message issued on Tuesday, Hon. Oyewo remembered Badru as a dedicated and dependable personality who made significant contributions to the APC in Osun. He described Badru’s passing as a painful loss, not only to his loved ones but also to the entire state, which he served with diligence dedication and passion.
Oyewo extended his heartfelt condolences to the entire APC family in Osun and loved ones of the late Debo Badru.
The message read in part:
“I am deeply saddened by the passing of an eminent member of our great party, the APC, Alhaji Debo Badru. I offer my condolences to the family, Osun APC, friends and associates of the late politician and Political Adviser to former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.
“Alhaji Badru has left us at the end of a life distinguished by his relentless pursuit – and generation – of knowledge that has impacted positively on the lives of those who knew him.
“His ideas and their application have benefited Osun APC.
“His legacy is monumental and will continue to ripple through our lives. May he rest in peace after his extraordinary life.”
