Mr. Ayodele Agboola, Chairman of Orisun Igbomina Broadcasting Network, was among the distinguished Nigerians honored with the 2024 Exemplary Leadership Award by the Rotary Club of Osogbo (Rotary Club International, District 9126).
The awards were presented on Saturday at the club’s 42nd investiture ceremony, which saw a gathering of prominent figures and community leaders.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Agboola, widely known as “Omoiyaila,” urged the government at all levels to partner with entrepreneurial institutions and individuals across the nation. He emphasized that such collaborations are crucial for steering Nigeria away from its current economic challenges and towards a brighter future within the coming months.
Congratulating the Rotary Club of Osogbo on their successful investiture, Mr. Agboola highlighted that his humanitarian efforts throughout Nigeria are driven by a deep-seated commitment rather than political motives. He assured that both Omoiyaila and Sons, alongside Orisun Igbomina Broadcasting Network, remain dedicated to uplifting Nigerians, with a particular focus on the people of Osun State and Ila Orangun.
