The Federal Government has finally resolved issues with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) leading to the suspension of issuance of visas to holders of Nigerian passports.
The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, who said that the UAE has commenced issuance of visas to Nigerian passport holders on Monday made this disclosure at a briefing after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting chaired by President Bola Tinubu this afternoon.
The Minister equally disclosed that the Federal Government has approved the distribution of 740 trucks of rice to vulnerable citizens across the country.
According to him, 20 trucks would be distributed watch to the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
