Family of the late helmsman of Nigerian Exchange Group, Mr Abimbola Ogunbanjo, who was killed in a Southern California chopper crash earlier in the year, have sued the owners of the US helicopter firm.
The former Managing Director of Access Bank, Mr Herbert Wigwe, and 2 members of his household were also onboard the ill-fated chopper that crashed in California near the Nevada border in February.
The Ogunbanjos are unhappy that the helicopter was not grounded before the unfortunate incident due to bad weather conditions
