The People’s Democratic Party vice chairmanship candidate in Boripe LGA, Hon Abiodun Ajayi(Oluomo and Sons)has expressed optimism and predicted success of the budget proposal presented by Governor Ademola Adeleke to the Osun State Assembly earlier in the week.
Hon. Ajayi, while commending the state government for implementation of the 2024 appropriation bill said that he was confident
the proposal will prioritize critical sectors that will drive growth and development in Osun state.
“As a stakeholder and vice chairmanship aspirant, I am confident that this budget will bring about positive transformation and prosperity to our communities when the Assembly ratifies it.
“Governor Adeleke’s commitment to delivering on critical sectors is evident in his administration’s dedication to the welfare of Osun citizens.
” I am particularly excited about the potential for job creation, infrastructure development, and improved living standards that this budget promises to bring, ” Hon. Abiodun Ajayi noted in a chat with community media practitioners in Iree.
He noted that Hon. Wasiu Babalola’s team in Boripe LGA is poised to make a significant impact if elected in the upcoming council poll, with a commitment to collaborating closely with the Governor and key stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of the budget and bring tangible benefits to communities in the area.
Abiodun Ajayi stressed that the collective efforts of citizens will yield positive results and make Osun a model for other states to follow.
He urged the Osun State Assembly to diligently peruse and approve the budget proposal.
