The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governor’s forum has rescheduled its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, originally scheduled for October 24, 2024, to November 28, 2024.
The Chairman, PDP Governors’ Forum and Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed disclosed this in a communiqué he signed after a meeting at the Bauchi State Governors’ Lodge, Tatari Ali House, Asokoro.
Mohammed said the meeting was postponed to ensure the party goes into the forthcoming Ondo gubernatorial elections scheduled for November 16, 2024, with the unity and strength demanded, to “unseat the stumbling All-Progressives Congress, government in the state”.
The meeting also sought an end to disunity among members.The meeting was attended by the PDP Governors Forum, its Board of Trustees, National Working Committee (NWC), National Assembly Leadership of the PDP Caucus and Forum of Former Governors of the party
