OSUN STATE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF BEAMS ON OKEFIA FLY-OVER BRIDGE IN OSOGBO

The Osun State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure has announced the commencement of beam launching on the Okefia Fly-Over Bridge, Osogbo starting Tuesday, 22nd October, 2024.
Motorists and road users are advised to exercise caution while driving around the Old Garage – Okefia – LAMECO axis of Osogbo due to heavy haulage of beams and movement of articulated vehicles.
To ensure smooth traffic flow, traffic officers from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), O-TRAM, and other agencies will be deployed to control vehicular movement during the exercise.
The Osun State Government reassures residents that their safety remains a top priority while working to improve the state’s infrastructure.
“We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of the public as we strive to enhance the state’s infrastructure,” said Engr. Bashir Bello, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
