Bank customers and
telecoms subscribers across the country were stranded for several hours on Thursday following internet service glitches.
According to telecommunications service providers, the disruption was caused by damage to some undersea cables.
Several other West African countries were also affected by the undersea cable cuts.
In a statement sent to customers on Friday, telecommunications outfits in Nigeria said the repair process is ongoing to address the challenge.
