As part of his commitment to infrastructure development, the Vice-chairman of the Senate Committee on Communication, Trade and Investment, Distinguished Senator Ajagunla Olubiyi Fadeyi has extended the initial 20km Rural Access Rehabilitation and Construction Project to an impressive 30 kilometers in Osun Central.
This was in response to people’s request for more rural access roads in their various communities. The ongoing efforts include the commencement of the link road between Ila Local Government and Boluwaduro Local Government, a strategic move to further integrate and strengthen the connectivity between these local governments.
In addition to this remarkable expansion, Senator Ajagunla has initiated the construction of a new One Hundred Million 6-kilometer Ajaba-Iresi Access Roads, a demonstration of his commitment to improving infrastructure and facilitating smoother transportation networks.
Several other key projects are currently underway, including the construction of roads such as Kajola Ajaba to Iresi, Oyan Road, Jalugun Road Inisha, Odò Orò Road Okuku, and Esègún Road Oyan. These projects collectively demonstrate Senator Ajagunla’s holistic approach to rural development, addressing the diverse needs of communities within Osun Central.
